Completion of this course is one way to meet the requirements for a: Preventive Controls Qualified Individual, PCQI”, under the Food Safety Modernization Act, FSMA. Upon successful completion of this course the participant will be recognized by the FDA-FSMA, FSPCA, AFDO, and IFPTI as a, “Preventive Controls Qualified Individual” (PCQI). *This course is being taught by Lead Instructors that have been trained by the FSPCA to teach the standardized curriculum.

The course materials, and exam were developed by the National Restaurant Association, NRA, and the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation, NRAEF.
